Thanks Adam. You're so right, it is a challege but a challenge well worth taking on. Not only can it beautifully evolve our relationships, but it is often even more impactful than we had hoped, as that kind of growth usually spills over into other areas of life as well.

Wonderful perspective! It's so hard to reinvent ourselves in our relationships as we grow and change, and yet that is what we need to do in order to grow together. Easier said than done for all of us. That's where relationship coaches like ourselves can be of service.

Lainie, I love the concept of honesty as aphrodisiac (ok I had to copy and paste that from where you said it cuz apparently I don't know how the hell to spell that word! Little red underlines rock for tapping us on the shoulder! ;)

I remember being totally honest on a first date a few years ago when the thing I was fessin' up to having been in my past experience was the exact thing that the guy was sayin' he was just NOT that into ... and for the record, I'm not into it either. But there it was.

Shockingly we went on to date for a year and a half after that. So brutal honest does NOT have the mindnumbingly negative repercussions one might think!

Go honesty!

xoxo

Another gem from the lovely and talented Elaina. Yes, you are right...we are put here as perfectly imperfect beings, and the more we see the mistakes as learning experiences instead of tracks to be covered, the more energy we free up...and become the role model for others.

Thank you for this, Elaina.

That's probably the best advice anyone can have these days. We're all in a hurry to get somewhere, be someone, and be with the perfect partner no matter how many broken relationships it takes to get there.
